The people who will walk the lot with you, pull a car around for a test drive, and give you a straight answer on price. Every vehicle out front is a used car, truck or SUV that was inspected in this building before it was priced — and the person who sells it to you is the same person you ask for when you come back.

Customer Care
Call, text, or send a message through the site and this is the team that answers. Customer Care sets your appointment, checks whether a specific vehicle is still on the lot, and gets your question to the right person — so by the time you drive over, everything is already lined up.

Finance
Financing happens in this building, face to face — not through a lender's phone tree. The finance team works with a range of banks and credit unions, including lenders who approve credit files most lots won't touch, and they'll walk you through every number before you sign.

Service
Service and repair run through Grote Auto Repair — our own shop at the same address, not a referral across town. These are the people at the service counter, with prices published online before you book, whether you bought your car from us or somewhere else.
